Kevin Hart Claims He Took Molly Before Cheating On His Then-Pregnant Wife In Court Documents

New details have emerged in Kevin Hart’s 2017 sex tape scandal.

According to legal documents obtained by People magazine, the 45-year-old comedian admitted to using drugs just hours before he cheated on his then-pregnant wife, Eniko Parish Hart. The confession was revealed in Hart’s 2017 deposition transcript, which was filed in Los Angeles Superior Court on August 6. During his testimony, Hart detailed a drug-fueled night that led him to have sex with Montia Sabbag.

At the time, Hart told DAI Robin Letourneau he was partying in Las Vegas with an unnamed friend, who offered him some MDMA — a stimulant/hallucinogen, that’s commonly called molly. Hart recalled telling the friend he wasn’t interested, as he didn’t “really f*ck with drugs like that.” The friend was allegedly relentless and reassured the Jumanji star he wouldn’t let him do anything untoward. Hart claimed he eventually succumbed to the pressure.

“F*ck it,” he recalled saying before putting the drug in his “watered-down” drink.

“Because it’s in my drink, [I thought] I’m fine,” he continued. “I’m fine with drinking. The night is good. As the night goes, I’m now with the girl [Montia Sabbag] at the end of the night, okay?”

Hart said he, Sabbag, and a woman named “Morgan” ended the night in his hotel room. He told Letourneau that Morgan eventually left while he and Sabbag fell asleep in the room.

“I’m knocked out. Nothing happened that night,” he claimed. “I did not have sex with that girl that night. I had sex with her the following morning. She woke me up.”

Hart claimed he had no idea that the sexual encounter was caught on a hidden camera.
