Kendrick Lamar’s Album Might Drop This Week

Kendrick Duckworth Lamar went viral on twitter yesterday the 20th of October after an online snippet of a song “therapy session #9 went viral, also  changing his profile photo on Spotify.

Leaving his fans skeptical but at least this time with a clue of the album release date for Friday October 22nd

In addition to the leaks, Kendrick has a performance coming up at the Day N Vegas Fest next month, and he’ll also join Snoop Dogg, DR.Dre, Eminem  and Mary J. Blige for the Super Bowl LVI Pepsi halftime show on February 13.

Literally the typically elusive rapper is no longer going to be hiding under a rock. Aside from an appearance on Baby Keem’s debut album, The Melodic Blue , the Pulitzer Prize-winning artist has laid relatively low.

Then in September, Akademiks shared a post showing Lamar and his team had supposedly registered at least 32 songs and he titles it ASCAP (The American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers), an organization that protects artists’ musical copyrights.

Following the leaks titles include previously unheard tracks such as “Before The Hangman’s Noose,” “Director,” “Believe,” “Blow Ya Mind,” Feel For You,” “End of the Line,” “Erika Kane,” “Driving Down The Darkness,” “Lesson Learned,” “Living My Life” and “Hood Love.”

It’s been over four years since DAMN., so perhaps the album is finally imminent. After all, the Aftermath Takeover is supposed to kick off with Snoop’s next album, The Algorhythm,on November 12.

The legend announced the project on his 50th birthday with the first single and video from Mt. Rushmore, “Big Subwoofer,” featuring Ice Cube, Too $hort and E-40.

Nevertheless, his  fans are expecting nothing than the best from the rapper cuz it’s Kendrick Lamar and no other.
